I only use Sherwin-Williams high-durability road marking paint. It is designed for high traffic and is durable for most situations. If a parking lot has fresh Sealcoating we utilize waterborne paint. Some towns require a on it we will put a waterborne road marking paint.
As you can guess this is highly dependent on the situation. A typical parking lot with moderate traffic and a mild winter will likely last 2-3 years before the work needs to be rescheduled. If the maintenance crew on the property have a tough winter with ice and drop a lot of salt and sand it will negatively impact the road markings. As will heavy plows scraping against the asphalt.
I service all of the Greater Hartford area, Greater Springfield area and surrounding towns. I have and I'm willing to travel all across lower New England for larger lots of >50 stalls.
At this time I do not service properties for Sealcoating or crack filling. I have plans for this service in the future but not in 2025.
I apply predominantly the newest ADA compliant stencils to include the Active Wheelchair Symbol.
