I only use Sherwin-Williams high-durability road marking paint. It is designed for high traffic and is durable for most situations. If a parking lot has fresh Seal Coating I utilize waterborne paint to prevent bleeding and destroying the sealer.
As you can guess this is highly dependent on the situation. A typical parking lot with moderate traffic and a mild winter will likely last 2-3 years before the work needs to be rescheduled. If the maintenance crew on the property have a tough winter with ice and drop a lot of salt and sand it will negatively impact the road markings. As will heavy plows scraping against the asphalt. A parking lot with heavy traffic should be getting their line striping service completed every year.
I service all of Southern New England and I am willing to travel for work. I've travelled to New York City, Boston and Southern Rhode Island. I have and I'm willing to travel all across lower New England.
At this time I do not service properties for Seal Coating or Crack Filling. I have plans for this service in the future but not in FY2025.
I apply predominantly the newest ADA compliant stencils to include the Active Wheelchair Symbol for CT, MA and NY. RI uses old template.
