QUICK TIPS FOR DO-IT-YOURSELFERS:

1.) If you have a small parking lot which requires very few lines, consider buying your own stencils and a gallon of marking paint.  I'd love to drive out and get a bunch of money for driving.  But you can accomplish this at home with just a few Amazon supplies.  I would NOT recommend this on a lot with more then a few lines.  Stencils need time to dry and can get difficult to work with and it might be cheaper in the long run to hire me, a professional.  And I promise I won't break the bank.

2.) If you need an easy and quick handicap spot put in but don't have signage, consider mixing some concrete and filling some cheap flower planters.  Flip them over and when the concrete starts to cure stick a breakaway pole in the concrete.  Paint the concrete yellow for high visibility.  

3.) I do provide simple pothole repair service.  I use the Aquaphalt (6.0 Fine) buckets to do the patchwork and find the material strong enough to hold up for a winter.  This can be simply accomplished by buying the material yourself or I can come out and clean out the potholes and fill it in appropriately.  It's not difficult DIY and I find it to hold up well for a winter.
